About the role

We're looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Christmas Casuals at our Windsor Smith store in Adelaide. As a Christmas Casual, you'll play a key role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers during the busy holiday season. 
What you'll be doing Providing friendly and attentive customer service to ensure customers have a positive shopping experienceAssisting with all store operations, including merchandising and stockMaintaining a clean and organised store environmentSupporting the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIsAdhering to company policies and proceduresWhat we're looking for Excellent customer service skills and a passion for retailStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesAdaptability and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentEnthusiasm and a positive attitudeAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, during the Christmas period including Black Friday.What we offer
