What you bring to the role Your energy, positivity and passion for the great Aussie outdoors lifestyle You're energised and highly motivated by being rewarded with bonuses when You reach or exceed sales targets which is on top of your above Award pay Your speed to being fit for purpose in the role is matched by your ability to learn new things, skills and our products very quickly You have or are open to learning the sales mindset that will support you in communicating our product range with confidence to our customers You pick up new systems quickly such as our Vend POS and other processes to support you on the floor and at the counter You're a great team player, upbeat and bring positive energy and professionalism to the store and our customers You're okay with being rostered on weekends and public holidays as needed You're open to a short term employment contract that will end on 2 February 2025 What we offer Up to $32.80 per hour + penalties + superannuation + commission Hands on training from Day 1 to support your success in the role including learning about our amazing products Generous staff discounts About applying Don't miss out – these opportunities are filling quickly!
