Our aim -to make Orange a better place to live today and tomorrow.About the roleThis role focuses on positively impacting the lives of seniors within the community by delivering services associated with the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP). Responsibilities include providing individual and group social support services, such as escorted shopping and organised group outings, as well as transportation to appointments and activities.The role entails engaging with seniors to create personalised home care plans following assessment for services.
