We are seeking a passionate and proactive Studio Host to join our team at Home Chiropractic in the heart of Paddington, Sydney. As a Studio Host, you will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming experience for our clients while supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy studio. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing team that's dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of our community.
The Role As a Studio Host, your role will include a variety of administrative, client-focused, and creative tasks, from managing appointments and payments to enhancing our client experience both inside and outside the studio. You will also help to grow our presence through digital content, social media, and community outreach. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, and your contributions will directly impact the success and growth of our practice.
The role will start as a casual position (2-3 days per week), with the potential to grow into a full-time opportunity as our needs expand. Flexibility around personal commitments is limited, as we are busy from the moment we open until we close, ensuring we provide the highest level of care to every client.
Key Responsibilities Client Relations: Communicate with clients in person, via email, SMS, and WhatsApp, ensuring they feel valued and cared for during their visits.Appointment Management: Schedule and manage appointments, including requests, reschedules, and cancellations.Payments & Invoicing: Handle client invoicing and payments efficiently.Studio Organization: Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized studio environment.Client Experience: Continuously improve the client experience with thoughtful resources, events, and additional support.Community Engagement: Work on business growth initiatives, including outreach to local schools, corporate talks, community fairs, and other networking opportunities.Content Creation: Develop engaging content for our website, social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), and newsletters.Digital Marketing: Assist in the management of social media campaigns, blog posts, and email marketing using platforms like Mailchimp/Klaviyo.Design & Media: Create eye-catching designs for social media posts and basic video/image editing.Team Support: Support Dr. Erin Hawken in her role as President of the Paddington Chamber of Commerce, and assist with PA duties as needed.What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is excited about contributing to a vibrant, growing business.
