Chinese Speaking Sales Administration Support

The Company: This established international wholesaler based in Sydney's south, specialises in the distribution of household appliances and a range of consumer electronics.

As the company continues to expand, they are seeking a permanent Chinese speaking administration professional to join their team.
The Role: Supporting two Sales Representatives, you will provide key administration support as needed for the team.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to: Assisting two sales representatives with daily administrative tasks Preparing sales reports, presentations and proposals as required Coordinating communication between the sales team and their clients Using Excel to create reports for the team Processing sales orders and collating all required documentation for this Resolving any customer service issues that may arise with customers and internal departments Tracking orders through delivery and providing clients with updates Communicating with staff in the businesses China office and factory in both English and Chinese to ensure smooth transactions Building and maintaining relationships with key wholesale clients Maintaining customer records and ensuring their accuracy Organising filing systems, both digital and physical Managing incoming and outgoing communication via email and phone call The Candidate: To be considered for this opportunity, you must have: Fluent Chinese AND English communication skills (written and verbal) (required) Advanced Excel skills (required) Availability to be 5 days onsite Strong organisational skills Previous administration or sales support experience is ideal Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment The Benefits: Enhance and develop your skills through true 1-1 mentorship Growing company Competitive salary Work for a leading company in the industry Closer knit environment with high staff tenure If this role aligns with your experience and is of interest to you, please click the "Apply Now" button or contact Arabella on 02 8270 9740 for a confidential discussion.
