We are a specialist recruitment consultancy focusing on the Real Estate & Finance industry, based in Box Hill.
Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end new business development and selection process to source quality clients for candidates.Work strategically with management to forecast, direct source, formulate go-to-market strategies, and meet deadlines for critical upcoming leads.Gain requirements from clients and work closely with the candidate managers to fill all vacant roles.Sign up new clients and be responsible for relationship management.Manage the offer stage process end-to-end, including reference checks, contract management, verbal offers, and follow-up.Innovate and execute continuous improvement initiatives throughout the recruitment life-cycle.Manage relationships with clients to ensure an exceptional client experience.Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the Employer Value Proposition to differentiate the firm competitively in the talent market.Requirements: A good team player.Reliable with excellent customer service skills.Minimum of 2 years working experience in the Real Estate or Finance industry is preferred.Excellent English and Chinese skills are preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
