Souls can be starved of sustenance (in the same way our bodies need healthy life-giving food in order to thrive).
So what is the magic ingredient our souls need? What is soul food?
It is different for each soul, however at it's core it is giving yourself the space, time and fuel for you to shine your gifts into the world. To appreciate who you are, what makes you unique and how you can serve those you love.
When you know this your passion for life can be reignited even if you're facing challenging circumstances.
