Childrens Services Worker -Part Time /Qualified

Engadine Preschool Kindergarten is looking for a dynamic and experienced qualified Children's Services Worker to join our team starting Term 1, 2025. The hours of employment will be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 8.00 am – 4.00 pm daily. This is a one-year contract position with a possibility of permanency. (One day during each non-term time is also required for staff training and consultation with the team, along with the development and maintenance of documents such as the Quality Improvement Plan and Self-Assessment Tool) 
Children's Services Workers are employed under the Modern Award with an IFA, with wages and conditions well above the Modern Award.
Engadine Preschool is a well-established, community-based, not-for-profit, inclusive preschool that follows the NSW school term calendar. We are rated at "exceeding" the NQF and a member of the Sutherland Shire Preschool Alliance. You will be working with a highly experienced, long-standing team, and we are seeking the right person to join us.  
Following the NSW Department of Education and Communities funding guidelines, we enrol children aged 3-5 years from our community.
