Thredbo Snowsports is seeking an administration star to support
the school's Children's Programs offerings.
In this
role, you will assist the Snowsports Administrator in forward
scheduling instructors in line with business demands.
You'll
develop a strong awareness of the skills and strengths of our
teaching staff and help match them to appropriate and preferred
products.
Working in this broad-reaching role, you'll assist
Snowsport Instructors with scheduling issues, guests with lesson
queries, and program Supervisors with scheduling changes and
administration.
You'll be involved with the organisation of
the weekly Family Flare Run and cover the Snowsports Reception desk
as required.

About the role
Solve problems, work consistently, remain organized and

Be available to work from early June through to late
September, 5 days a week
Positively engage in and support all areas of the
Snowsports department
Communicate at a professional level with all staff and
clientele
Maintain high standards of punctuality and professionalism
in both appearance and conduct
Positively engage in and support all areas of the
Snowsports department
Easily retain knowledge of all Thredbo products to
effectively communicate back to all guests
Share your exceptional customer service skills &
experience within the Snowsports community
About You
Proficient use of computers including the use of Microsoft
365 suite (required)
Some understanding of the Snowsports environment and/or
Flaik & RTP software is desirable but not essential
Previous work experience with children in childcare,
teaching, summer camp or outdoor adventure program is an
advantage
Hold or eligible to obtain a NSW Working with Children
check (WWCC)
