They are currently looking for a Centre Director to join a team that values partnerships with families to support each child's unique needs, ensuring a safe, supportive, and thriving environment for all.

Lead the centre with a focus on compliance with legislation, while fostering professional relationships with children, families, and sector partners.
Oversee daily operations, including staff rosters, supervision, and resource management, to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children and staff.
Advocate for community participation, with a particular focus on supporting priority groups and vulnerable families.
Manage the centre's budget effectively, ensuring financial sustainability while maintaining high service standards.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging reflective practice and supporting staff development.
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualified in Early Childhood Education with experience as a Centre Director.
Current WWCC or Working with Vulnerable People Card.
National Police Check.
Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and NQ Standards.
