Role Highlights Full-time 6-month term vacancy Salary packaging + EAP support for you and your value + 11.5% Superannuation Provide a confidential point of contact and advisory service for managers and Executive members The Department for Child Protection is seeking a Team Leader, Business and Executive Support to join on a full-time term basis.
The role is responsible for:
Leading, developing and managing the provision of business functions, executive support and projects within the Office of the Chief Executive and Service Delivery and Practice. Providing expert advice to DCP Executives, colleagues and other Government agencies and maintaining effective consultative and working relationships between DCP and key stakeholders. Supervising and providing leadership to executive support and administrative staff, including identifying staff development needs and opportunities. Identifying and leading the implementation of business systems and process improvements in line with strategic business planning. About You We are looking for a confident leader with significant experience in developing and leading successful programs of work.
To be successful you will have high level interpersonal skills and be experienced in providing comprehensive written and verbal briefings and advice on complex issues to key stakeholders.
You will have a proven ability to identify and deliver strategic and operational outcomes, as well as an expansive knowledge of client services, financial and workforce management practices.
