We are currently seeking a passionate trainee to join our team in 2025! Key Responsibilities: Commit to completing the theoretical component of an 18-month traineeship.Be punctual, professional, reliable, and enthusiastic about children's education and care.Demonstrate effective communication skills.Be flexible with working rotating rosters, gaining exposure to various aspects of the childcare sector.Collaborate effectively as a team member.Understand and adhere to workplace health and safety standards.Bring creativity, fun, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.Essential Requirements: You must be over 17 years of age and an Australian citizen or permanent resident.You currently do not hold a Certificate III in Child Care.You must be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check prior.You must be willing to obtain a First Aid certificate.What We Offer: A supportive, friendly team of experienced education professionals who will guide and mentor you.Christmas shutdown period.A consistent team of educators.A small family-orientated service.How to apply: Email your interest to ******
