Are you a visionary in early childhood education, passionate about empowering educators and championing exemplary kindergarten programs?

We are seeking a QLD Kindergarten Specialist to join our dynamic Pedagogical Strategy Team. Reporting directly to the Head of Pedagogy, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence across our 11 Queensland centres.

Key Responsibilities: As a QLD Kindergarten Specialist, you will lead the charge in embedding our exceeding kindergarten program across all centres. Collaborating closely with our Quality Team, you will support in mentoring Educational Leaders and Early Childhood Teachers, ensuring adherence to QLD Kindergarten guidelines, national quality standards, and regulatory frameworks. Your innovative spirit will drive continuous improvement and best practice, supported by strategic planning that aligns with our Journey Standards and Kinder+ program.

Additional Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to elevate our exceeding programs. Advocate for children by ensuring successful school transitions. Empower educators through effective coaching and mentoring. Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Stay informed on current government initiatives and funding requirements. Manage priorities effectively, demonstrating agility and organizational prowess. Develop resources to enhance curriculum enactment in kindergarten programs. Lead with influence, promoting organisational capability and positive outcomes. The role is based in Windsor QLD with the expectation of centre visits 3 days a week. Regional travel to Rockhampton and Mackay will be required once each term.

Qualifications and Skills: We are seeking a self-driven professional with a deep understanding of early years curriculum frameworks and pedagogies. Your proven track record in leadership and compliance with regulatory frameworks will set you apart. Experience in strategic planning and stakeholder engagement, coupled with a commitment to educational excellence, is essential.
