Are you an energetic, enthusiastic and passionate ECT or Diploma Educator looking to bring your Director skills to work with a brilliant and supportive team, in a medium sized long day care service in the Illawarra Region?
We are a medium sized boutique service which caters for children between the ages of 0-6 years in a large open space.

About the role
Previous Director experience or a minimum of 1-2 Years Professional Experience Required in a 2iC Position.
As the Director, you will partner with the Centre Owner to mentor, lead and inspire our team to achieve success.

Assisting with all aspects of the daily management of the service in accordance with all relevant legislation, sector guidelines and policies Working to create a high-quality culture of rich learning environment for the children, families, educators and community Being part of the Centre leadership team to drive quality improvement within the Centre Ensuring all policies and regulatory requirements are embedded within the Centre.
