Playbright Rosebery is a 41 licensed family owned Centre which caters for children aged between 0 - 6 years.  With a focus on quality and excellence Playbright is an exciting and supportive place to work. As Director, you will play an important role in shaping the future of young minds and providing a high-quality early education experience. You will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our boutique centre, ensuring that it aligns with the highest standards of early childhood education and care.
Essential: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar roleThorough understanding and knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, Education and Care Services National Regulations.Sound business acumen to raise the profile of the Centre and fill vacancies as required.Excellent written and verbal communication and time management skillsBe innovative, creative, empathetic, honest and motivated.Responsibilities: To ensure policies and procedures of the service are adhered to at all timesEnsure all licensing requirements are met and maintainedLeading and guiding a high quality educational programProviding effective support, guidance & mentoring to staff membersCreating and maintaining positive relationships with families, children and the wider communityEnsure rosters & staffing of the Centre are well organised meeting both regulatory and budget outlinesCertificates and Qualifications: Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education Early ChildhoodCertified Supervisor Certificate issued from ACECQACurrent Working with Children Check.Senior First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis CertificateDriver's license (preferred) Benefits: Excellent salary package and incentive bonusesGenerous training and resource budgetOnsite parkingIf you are suitably qualified for the above position, we invite you to apply.
