As Director, you will play an important role in shaping the future of young minds and providing a high-quality early education experience. You will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our boutique Centre, ensuring that it aligns with the highest standards of early childhood education and care.
Essential: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role Thorough understanding and knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, Education and Care Services National Regulations. Sound business acumen to raise the profile of the Centre and fill vacancies as required. Excellent written and verbal communication and time management skills Be innovative, creative, empathetic, honest, and motivated. Responsibilities: To ensure policies and procedures of the service are adhered to at all times Ensure all licensing requirements are met and maintained Leading and guiding a high-quality educational program Providing effective support, guidance & mentoring to staff members Creating and maintaining positive relationships with families, children, and the wider community Ensure rosters & staffing of the Centre are well organized meeting both regulatory and budget outlines Certificates and Qualifications: Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education Early Childhood Certified Supervisor Certificate issued from ACECQA Current Working with Children Check.
