Little Branches is a boutique, 39-place, family-owned, and operated service in the heart of the Sutherland Shire that is committed to providing a nurturing and individualised learning experience for each of our valued children.

Key Skills and Responsibilities: Comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards and ability to implement these across the entire centre Ensure the Centre's Self-Assessment is implemented and maintained to a high standard Ability to confidently lead and manage the overall day-to-day operations of an Early Learning Centre Motivated, time management and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise confidently with the relevant stakeholders such as families, educators, and regulatory bodies.
Understand and maintain administrative requirements of a centre including enrolment records, recommendations for purchasing equipment, consumables and resources, and departmental requirements.
Ensure the safety & well-being of all stakeholders including children, educators, and families.
Support, guide, and promote a positive culture amongst the centre.
Commitment to ongoing learning and self-development.
Qualification Requirements: Must hold at least a Diploma in Early Education and Care.
Experience as a Centre Director with strong leadership skills.
Current Anaphylaxis/ Asthma/ CPR and First Aid Certificate.
Current Working with Children Check.
Current Police Check Child Protection The ability to work independently and in partnership with our management team.
