About You: Holds a Diploma in Early Education, or a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Current NSW Working with Children Check Current Anaphylaxis/ Asthma/ CPR and First Aid Certificate Current Child Protection Passionate about mentoring others!
Role Overview: Oversee budgets, occupancy rates, staff scheduling, and administrative duties effectively Facilitate daily activities that engage children and contribute positively to their development Maintain records and assess programs with attention to detail Lead the implementation of processes and systems within the centre, following the ECA Code of Ethics, with experience in OWNA preferred or a willingness to learn Communicate regularly with centre management, educators, and parents About the Company: A family-owned centre with 15+ years of experience and multiple locations across NSW.
