About You: Holds a Diploma in Early Education, or a Bachelor's Degree in Early ChildhoodCurrent NSW Working with Children CheckCurrent Anaphylaxis/ Asthma/ CPR and First Aid CertificateCurrent Child ProtectionPassionate about mentoring others!Role Overview: Oversee budgets, occupancy rates, staff scheduling, and administrative duties effectivelyFacilitate daily activities that engage children and contribute positively to their developmentMaintain records and assess programs with attention to detailLead the implementation of processes and systems within the centre, following the ECA Code of Ethics, with experience in OWNA preferred or a willingness to learnCommunicate regularly with centre management, educators, and parentsAbout the Company: A family-owned centre with 15+ years of experience and multiple locations across NSW.
