Childcare Administrator | Seymour Journey Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced Administrator to join our brand-new Centre Journey Early Learning | Seymour. This is a Permanent Part-time opportunity, across 37.5 hours a week: 30 hours for administrative support and ideally 7.5 hours for supporting on the floor.
About the Centre We're thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new childcare centre in Seymour, set to open in March 2025. With 126 places available for children aged 0-5 years, our centre is designed to provide a warm, family-oriented environment where children can grow, learn, and explore. Nestled in a beautiful and vibrant area, the centre features modern, purpose-built spaces that support both educational and emotional development. Key Responsibilities: Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all timesCreate weekly rosters, ensuring that budgets are being metReview reports to ensure smart business decisions with your Centre Leadership teamDropbox archiving and document managementReview and collate Google reviews and parent feedbackReview and report daily attendance recordsManage maintenance requestsEvent and activity planning and coordinationRecord keeping and complianceCRM data integrity and analysisWho are you? You are an experienced Administrator with a strong eye for business acumen, compliance, and the ability to build strong connections with your peers.
