We are seeking a passionate, self motivated and experienced full time Administration and Office Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. You must have at least three years of customer service experience and Working with Children Check (WWCC). Candidate will additionally have childcare admin experience.
Working to support all functions and activities within our service, as well as maintain financial and client systems, provide high levels of customer service, problem solve and show initiative, you will need to think on our feet and call upon your outstanding administration skills as you assist in a broad range of tasks.
Your days will see you:
Provide a wide range of day-to-day administrative tasks to support the BusinessAssisting with Account queries, phone and email queriesUndertake data entry in service systems including appointment of new employees, clients etc.Assist with visitor tours and co-ordinator the enrolment processAssist with recruitment and orientation administrative processes including creating and maintaining employee dataManage the filing of regulatory documentation with the relevant departmentsManage the social media accountsProvide support to the Director in all administrative duties as requiredMaintain the cleanliness of the reception area About You
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent computer skills in Microsoft office systemsExcellent organisational skills and ability to work in a systematic manner and work autonomouslyExcellent customer service skillsEnergetic and a positive can do attitudeAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesMinimum of three years customer service experience required Our Benefits
