North Sydney location Fixed contract role until July 2025 - start ASAP Competitive salary of up to $101k + Benefits Be Recruitment is looking for a passionate and experienced Child Protection Caseworker  in Northern Sydney to join a reputable Not for Profit organisation.
About The Role This role is responsible for managing a caseload of families assessed as having high complexities and multiple vulnerabilities that require a coordinated approach to accessing and engaging services and supports within the local area that address and prevent the escalation of current issues and concerns.
Please note that this is a contract position until July 2025.
About You Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Youth Work, Community Services or similar.
2+ years of experience working as a caseworker/case manager with families in a child protection setting.
Understanding of child protection issues and response in line with legislative requirements Demonstrated ability to work with and identify the needs of CALD children, young people, their families and communities and work with interpreters where needed.
