The Child Health Outreach Program (CHOP) Team Leader is responsible for providing management and coordination of the Child Health Outreach Program, ensuring cultural integrity and high standards of clinical care and case management. The position has a strong focus on outreach work with clinical, liaison and administrative responsibilities.
To be considered for this position, you will require:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Aboriginal Health Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) At least five years clinical experience Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team Experience in community-based child health nursing, case management and chronic disease management For more information on the position, please contact:
