The position has a strong focus on outreach work with clinical, liaison and administrative responsibilities.
To be considered for this position, you will require: Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Aboriginal Health Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), At least five years clinical experience demonstrated ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team.
Experience in community-based child health nursing, case management and chronic disease management.
