The position has a strong clinicalfocus on outreach work including liaison with internal and externalstakeholders involved in the child and family's care.
About you Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Aboriginal HealthPractitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner RegulationAgency (AHPRA);Demonstrated understanding of primary health care anddeveloping clinical knowledge of chronic disease management and/orchild health;Working knowledge of Child Health and an understanding ofcurrent practices, theories and values.Understanding and commitment to Aboriginal health, and thephilosophy and practice of Aboriginal Community Control andknowledge of current issues affecting the lives of AboriginalPeople;For more information on the positions please contact:
