Role Description Are you a dynamic leader who's passionate about making a real impact on children's lives? We're looking for an experienced Child Care Director/Centre Manager to join our team at NAF Centres in the Illawarra region. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll be the heart of the centre, guiding a team of educators, building meaningful relationships with families, and ensuring the centre operates smoothly and meets all regulatory standards. You'll have the opportunity to create a safe, enriching environment where children can grow, explore, and develop their potential to the fullest.
What You'll Do Lead the day-to-day operations of the childcare centre, ensuring a positive and engaging environment for both children and staff.Inspire, mentor, and support a dedicated team of educators to provide high-quality care and learning.Build lasting relationships with families, keeping them informed and involved in their child's growth.Ensure the centre complies with all regulatory standards and best practices in early childhood education.Create and maintain a space where every child can explore, learn, and develop with confidence.Manage resources, budgets, and day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure a smooth-running centre.What We're Looking For Previous experience in a leadership or management role within childcare.A qualification in Early Childhood Education (or a related field).Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Deep knowledge of early childhood development and best practices.A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to working with families and staff.A genuine passion for nurturing and supporting children as they grow and learn.Why Join Us?
