We are a community based childcare centre providing care & education to children 6 weeks - 6 years old within the lovely North Adelaide surroundings. Our energetic and supportive team is seeking an experienced professional, positive and approachable personality to join us at Mackinnon Parade Children's centre.
About the role: We are seeking a part time Administrator to work across 4 days, 32 hours per week (Monday - Friday), working closely with the centre's leadership team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the administration tasks of the centre and play a key role in the smooth operation of the facility by handling administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
This position involves managing enrolment processes, maintaining accurate records for children and staff, and coordinating schedules. You will serve as a liaison between parents, staff, and management, addressing inquiries, processing payments, and ensuring a positive experience for families. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential, as is a commitment to creating a safe and welcoming environment for children and families. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, knowledge of or willingness to learn childcare regulations, and have excellent communication skills. This is a critical support role in ensuring the efficiency and success of the childcare centre.
