What you'll be doing The Child & Family Health nurses (CFHN) offer the Sustaining NSW Families (SNF) nurse-led home visiting program for families with moderate levels of vulnerability from mid-pregnancy until their child is two years of age. The CFH SNF nurses engage with families using a strengths-based approach, supported by a multidisciplinary allied health team. The SNF nurses offer a series of evidence-based, structured interventions that aim to foster positive parent-infant relationships, nurture parent-child attachment and optimise children's development.
