The Maitland Hospital are seeking an enthusiastic Child and Family Nurses who take initiative and have the ability to work well as part of a team.
|About the role: This service operates Monday to Friday and consists of a small dedicated Child and Family Health Nursing Team.This position will see you working in conjunction with other Child and Family Health Nurses to perform a mixture of both clinic and home visits to undertake assessment of childhood development from the age of 0 up to 5 years of age against key development milestones.
Our successful candidate will be supported with orientation and training to Child and Family Health Nursing.
This role is supported by CNC Child and Family, Nurse Unit Manager and experienced Child and Family Health Nurses within the team.
About you: Our ideal candidate is - Energetic, enthusiastic, highly motivated, has excellent communication skills.
You have ability to establish strong partnership with families to achieve health outcomes for children works well within a team environment.
