Their mission is to close the financial advice gap by combining cutting-edge digital solutions with a human touch.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the company's technology strategy. With at least 15 years of experience, particularly in SaaS and FinTech, you will drive the evolution of the no-code/low-code platform. You'll oversee engineering, infrastructure, quality assurance, and innovation, ensuring the solutions support business growth and exceed customer expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Develop and execute a technology roadmap aligned with business goals. Lead engineering teams, manage budgets, and drive innovation.Platform & Infrastructure: Ensure robust, secure, and compliant platform architecture. Optimize performance through advanced technologies and strategic vendor partnerships.Team Management: Lead a team of ~35 engineers, fostering collaboration and high performance. Provide mentorship and career development.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Finance teams to align technology with business needs. Engage with clients on strategic outcomes.Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends, championing innovation and ongoing platform enhancements.Qualifications & Experience:10+ years in senior technology leadership, ideally in FinTech or a SaaS Product business.Strong expertise in cloud computing, software architecture, AI, and cybersecurity.Proven track record in leading high-performing teams and delivering strategic technology solutions.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.Work Environment:Based in Sydney, with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in the office, flexible WFH).
