The CTO is responsible for overseeing the technology, data management and governance strategies of the organisation. This role involves providing leadership, vision, and direction to ensure that technology and data initiatives align with business objectives and drive visibility, innovation, efficiency, and growth. The key areas of responsibility for the CTO include:Build and lead a high-performing team focused on customer and employee experience, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.Align technology strategies and lead the adoption of emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth through enhanced service delivery and risk mitigation.Drive modernisation projects and manage data governance to enhance service delivery and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Oversee IT infrastructure and applications, implementing strong cybersecurity measures and optimising processes for seamless service delivery.Act as the subject matter expert across the organisation to guide and govern the technology journey.About YouWe are seeking a well-rounded technology leader with a demonstrated track record in delivering on strategic goals within a highly customer-centric service delivery model. Additionally, you should possess extensive leadership experience in delivering high-quality IT services within a large, dispersed organisation, complemented by strong leadership skills and a proven ability to establish a high-performance culture.Strong strategic acumen is essential, along with a deep understanding of ICT, including digital transformation initiatives and the integration of emerging technologies.
