We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our IT and software development teams, driving our technology strategy and ensuring excellence in healthcare delivery.
As CTO, you will be at the forefront of our technological advancements, driving strategy, innovation, and execution to support our growth and excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Define and implement the company's technology roadmap to align with our business objectives and growth plans.Hands-On Technical Leadership: Actively participate in the design, development, and deployment of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Team Management: Lead, mentor, and expand our IT and software development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Technology Oversight: Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of healthcare applications and IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards.Cloud Expertise: Architect, implement, and manage cloud solutions on both Azure and AWS, optimizing performance, cost, and scalability.Infrastructure Management: Directly oversee the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud-based and on-premises IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability and security.Budget and Cost Efficiencies: Ensure budgets are maintained and costs are minimized for best return on investment.Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and assess their applicability to our operations, driving initiatives that position us at the forefront of healthcare technology.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate technological solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.Qualifications and Experience Proven experience as a CTO, IT Director, or similar leadership role, preferably within the healthcare sector.Proven hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing solutions on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).Strong technical proficiency in cloud migration, multi-cloud architecture, and automation tools.Ability to perform hands-on tasks, including troubleshooting, system architecture design, and implementation of cloud-based solutions.
