Main Responsibilities:Strategic workforce planning and productivity management in the clinic.Mentorship, development, and supervision of technologist staff, with a focus on clinical excellence.Servicing patients and providing supervision of the day-to-day operations of the Medical Imaging department.Establishing quality improvement initiatives, refining work practices to enhance clinical and financial outcomes.Performing medical imaging procedures with precision and accuracy as required.Nurturing strong relationships with local GPs and referring specialists.Key Requirements:Leadership skills to manage, coach, and motivate staff.Proven ability to deliver high-quality medical imaging examinations using established techniques.Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with radiologists, patients, staff, and other medical professionals.A strong work ethic and commitment to the values and culture of I-MED Radiology Network.Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum
