Role Overview: As the Chief Quality Officer, you will provide strategic guidance and leadership in the integration of quality, safeguarding, and practice across the organisation.
You will be responsible for:
Strategic oversight and leadership of quality and compliance across disability and aged care services.
Implementing best practice quality frameworks to ensure care, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and person-centered care.
Collaborating across the organisation to align practices with industry standards.
Supporting operational teams to deliver measurable improvements in service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications: You should have a proven track record in leading quality, compliance, and practice functions in health service environments, including disability and aged care.
Experience with legislation, managing audits, and driving quality improvement initiatives is essential.
Key Skills: Strong strategic leadership ability, experience in change management, and demonstrated effectiveness at the executive and board level are critical for success in this role.
