Selection Criteria: Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior procurement leadership role. Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing procurement strategies. Deep understanding of procurement best practices, including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and risk management. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Experience in building and managing strong relationships with suppliers. Proficiency in procurement software and systems.
