Chief People Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief People Officer (CPO) to join a successful ASX-listed business. This presents an exceptional opportunity for an experienced senior HR leader to drive the people agenda within a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Reporting directly to the CEO and as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, your role as Chief People Officer (CPO) will be integral to shaping the organisational culture and enhancing productivity. You will collaborate closely with the senior leadership team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to set them up for success.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of people strategies aligned with the overall business goals.
Drive employee engagement, talent management, and organisational culture transformation.
Partner with the ELT to ensure the alignment of human capital with business objectives.
Manage the remuneration and benefits strategies, including executive compensation and remuneration reporting.
Ensure compliance with ASX-listed business reporting requirements, including workforce data, diversity, and pay equity.
Manage complex stakeholder relationships and provide expert guidance on HR matters to the business.
Foster a high-performance culture and champion leadership development programs.

Key Requirements:Extensive experience in senior HR leadership roles, particularly within ASX-listed businesses.
Proven expertise in remuneration reporting, including executive remuneration and regulatory compliance.
Strong business acumen and ability to work closely with the ELT to shape strategic people initiatives.
Experience managing and developing high-performing HR teams.
Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
