Working very closely with the experienced CEO, executive team, and board as a trusted advisor, this is an opportunity to have significant impact on shaping the organisation's capability and future.In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Team, offering guidance and ensuring the development and delivery of programs to enhance employee development, performance and engagement. You will lead cultural change, ensure capability uplift and foster an engaged and productive workforce. As a true generalist with an organisational development bent, along with your 5 direct reports you will create a culture of continuous learning and development and drive talent acquisition while championing the organisation's culture and values. Key deliverables will include rolling out leadership development, completing remuneration benchmarking, and ensuring top talent retention at market-competitive rates. You will also complete performance and capability reviews, oversee the bonus cycle, and design a new incentive scheme to boost employee engagement and ESG outcomes. Building a strong relationship with the CEO and ensuring cultural alignment will be critical to long-term success.
