Headquartered in Brisbane, Endeavour Foundation Group is the largest employer of individuals with disabilities in Australia and is ably supported by 4,200 employees and more than 100 volunteers. Assisting more than 21,000 people, Endeavour Foundation supports people living with a disability at home, at work, and in the community to flourish according to their own interests and priorities.

Due to internal promotion, Endeavour Foundation is seeking their next Chief People Officer (CPO) to deliver innovative transformation, change and leadership. Reporting to the CEO, you will play a vital role in the leadership and strategic direction of the organisation, serving as a trusted advisor, functional expert, and strategic partner to the CEO and other executive leaders.
With responsibility for shaping and delivering the organisation's people-related initiatives, the diverse remit for this role includes leadership of a large team including Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, People Operations, Change Management and Culture & Inclusion.

Lead the design and implementation of the organisation's people strategies and priorities to maximise employee engagement, build capability and drive productivity.
Build a diversity, inclusion and wellbeing strategy that is innovative and reflects Endeavour Foundation's underlying vision of making possibilities a reality.
Lead the development, implementation and embedding of organisational transformation and change priorities and initiatives.
Evaluate and propose systems, tools, and technology to innovate and improve the efficiency of the People division while actively pursuing continuous improvement and innovation.
Lead the development and maintenance of the organisation's employee relations strategy aligned to organisation Values.
Identify and manage organisational people risks in accordance with the Endeavour Foundation risk framework.
Champion strategic recruitment and retention plans to ensure ongoing skills and capabilities are available to support the organisation's requirements.
Oversee the delivery of contemporary people services that are aligned to the organisational strategy and focused on driving business performance through an exceptional employee experience.
The ideal candidate for this role is a values-led strategic leader who can clearly demonstrate a track record in delivering transformation, innovation and change within complexity and scale. Whilst Human Services backgrounds are preferred, navigating complexity within Manufacturing or other Community Services environments will also be considered.
This is an exciting career opportunity that offers an expansive remit. You will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package and a chance to join a values-based and mission-driven team. Endeavour Foundation is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applications from people with diverse backgrounds, committed to creating an inclusive environment where all employees feel valued, respected and supported. This includes people who have personal experience of living with a disability or as the carer of a person with a disability.
