The Chief People Officer will drive people strategies and shape a collaborative, high-performance culture.
In this leadership role, you'll influence the organisation's success through innovative human resource practices and workforce development.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead strategies for attracting, engaging, and developing employees.
Advise leadership on human resources, industrial relations, and compliance.
Create and execute the People and Culture division's strategic plan.
Oversee talent management, including recruitment, performance, and succession planning.
Lead employee relations, safety, and workplace culture initiatives.
Skills & Requirements: Proven experience in developing and executing strategic people plans.
Flexibility to lead day to day HR operations where needed.
Strong knowledge of Australian labour laws and WHS standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative approach.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
