Join DPC as our Chief People and Culture Officer and be at the forefront of shaping our people strategy by delivering an engaged workforce that meets our current and future business needs.
As our Chief People and Culture Officer, you will oversee the delivery of comprehensive human resource services, including talent management, diversity, employee engagement and recruitment. You will be instrumental in establishing workforce capability priorities and in providing overall direction for DPC's workforce strategy.
In this role you will liaise with key stakeholders across government and the private sector to execute effective workforce planning, and deliver high-quality industrial and employee relations advice. You will also be accountable for the delivery of a bespoke, award-winning whole-of-government graduate program.
