The organisation is currently undergoing a transition to Government Trading Enterprise (GTE) status and is poised for an exciting future impacting affordable housing outcomes in Western Australia.
Following the appointment of a new CEO and the move of Keystart to GTE status in 2025, which will allow for expansion of their ability to support a larger range of customers with new and different products, enhancing customer outcomes, new strategic roles have been created to enhance the senior leadership capacity and capability.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this key leadership position is accountable for delivering an outstanding employee experience with full oversight of all people and HR functions, including Payroll and Safety & Wellbeing.
Additionally, you will provide leadership of corporate activities including transformation, agile ways of working, strategy execution, procurement, facilities, contract management and Board Secretariat.
The role will require an ability to build and lead cross-functional teams with a focus on employee experience and engagement whilst also ensuring robust management of enterprise operations supporting the business.
Keystart is seeking an accomplished Corporate Executive who has demonstrated experience in leading multifaceted teams including Human Resources and other corporate service operations.
Your ability to bring a culture of continuous improvement and employee effectiveness alongside high employee engagement and a customer-centric approach will be essential.
Experience and understanding of the financial services sector or government trading environments will be highly regarded.
