You'll be at the helm of optimising our operational capabilities, ensuring seamless alignment with our strategic vision and company goals. Leading dynamic teams across Australia and New Zealand, including our head offices, corporate clubs, and franchise network, you'll provide executive leadership in five key areas: People, Program, Product, Presence, and Process. Your key responsibilities will encompass a broad range of strategic and operational tasks designed to propel our brand to new heights.Partner with the CEO to set and drive the organisational vision and operational strategy.Turn strategic plans into actionable goals for performance and growth, implementing organisation-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning.Stay ahead of industry trends by maintaining strong networks with other fitness professionals.Assist the CEO with communication strategies for change management, including disaster management, new systems, and policy implementations.Lead the growth and development of corporate clubs by analysing forecasts and profit and loss statements, and assessing employee bonus structures.About youYou are a seasoned executive with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and strategic growth ideally in a franchise environment.
