Mentor and guide a high-performing management team to deliver exceptional results.Financial Oversight:Partner with the CFO to maintain robust financial controls, budgeting, and reporting processes. Ensure compliance with funding and regulatory requirements.Risk & Compliance:Oversee the organisation's quality assurance systems. Proactively manage risks and ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and policy standards.Stakeholder Engagement:Build meaningful relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, funders, and community members. Represent the organisation at board meetings and strategic forums.Team and Culture Development:Cultivate a positive, collaborative workplace culture aligned with the organisation's mission.
