About the Role
This position demands a seasoned professional with extensive project management experience in the MEP and/or construction industry. You will lead project delivery teams, drive business development, ensure financial health, and foster strong client relationships while overseeing the successful delivery of projects with middle management.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sustainable growth and profitability.Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, estimating, and reporting, to ensure financial health.Manage day-to-day operations such as project management, resource allocation, and quality control to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.Lead senior management across various construction projects, promoting collaboration and efficiency.Build and lead a high-performing team, driving exceptional results.Identify new business opportunities and foster lasting client relationships.Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations and oversee risk management on major projects.Ideal Candidate Extensive experience in the MEP sector and/or construction industry, ideally with a background in tier 1 or 2 commercial plumbing services or a large commercial subcontractor or head contractor.Minimum 10 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in project management, delivering hydraulic packages on projects valued at $10 million+ and most recently a proven track record as a Senior Manager.Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data and commercially astute with a solid understanding of design.Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.Highly motivated and skilled in problem-solving, with a proactive approach.Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities whilst fostering and strengthening existing client relationships.What's on Offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Equity opportunity after a qualifying period, enabling you to have a vested interest in the company's success.Opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of an industry leader.Collaborative team culture with professional development and career progression opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
