This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled executive to lead in an organisation that is experiencing rapid growth and expansion across diverse operations.About Key Assets Australia:Established in 2007, Key Assets Australia has been a trailblazer in providing essential services for children, families, and communities across Australia and Norfolk Island. These services include fostering, intensive family support, early intervention and prevention, and disability.The Role:As the COO, you will be a pivotal member of the Executive team, providing a critical role in leading and overseeing the operational aspects of Key Assets Australia. The COO will work closely with the Chief Executive, Board, and other senior leaders to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of programs and services that align with the organisation's strategic objectives and provide strategic direction to enable the organisation to grow sustainably.The Ideal Candidate:We are seeking an energetic, strategic and commercially astute operational leader with a proven track record in a similar-sized organization and role.
