We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team and help us realize our vision of becoming the premier online destination for all things fashionable and trendy.
As the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of products and services to our customers.
You will work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and profitability, while maintaining Diadem.in's commitment to quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all departments within the organization.
- Monitor and manage key performance metrics to measure the success of operational strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of managers and employees, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day tasks.
- Oversee the procurement and inventory management processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Work closely with the finance department to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and ensure financial stability and sustainability of the company.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of driving growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce operations, including procurement, inventory management, and fulfillment processes.
- Ability to analyze data, make data-driven decisions, and monitor and manage key performance metrics.
- Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and P&L management.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for emerging trends and customer behavior.
