We're seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and growth both nationally and globally for our client based in Helensvale. Preferred Experience: Comprehensive leadership across operations functions, including marketing, e-commerce, retail, finance, production, warehousing, logistics, and wholesale. Strong financial acumen with experience in managing complex budgets. Expertise in supply chain and vendor management with a focus on sustainability. Proven ability to leverage technology and best practices to boost productivity, minimise waste, and streamline workflows. Experience optimising retail operations and scaling e-commerce presence. Exceptional leadership skills to inspire, mentor, and guide teams, cultivating a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability. 10+ years in operational leadership with experience in scaling e-commerce and retail environments.
