CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER - HOME CARE, MENTAL HEALTH & DISABILITY Our client, Southern Cross Care (WA) Inc. (SCC), provides an integrated and holistic approach to meeting the health, wellness, care, and accommodation needs of over 3,000 older West Australians.
With annual revenues of approximately $130 million and over 900 employees, SCC operates in Residential Care, Home Care, Respite, Retirement Living, Social Housing, Mental Health, and Disability services.
This Role
Reporting to the CEO, the remit of the COO Home Care, Mental Health & Disability is broad and will include oversight and accountability for SCC's person-centred and financially viable metropolitan and regional home care, community & residential mental health, and NDIS/disability services.
The demand for Home Care and Mental Health services continues to grow, and SCC is excited to expand its services to help more West Australians live extraordinary lives.
You will be motivated by the opportunities to grow and help SCC navigate the various reforms and funding changes aimed at allowing people to remain at home longer.
This is a strategic leadership position that will empower and develop teams in the delivery of these services, consistent with SCC's purpose of "People living extraordinary lives, every day, connected to communities."
It is suited to a commercially minded, growth-driven leader with significant senior experience in a complex human services organisation, ideally in community, aged, or health care settings.
It is envisaged that you will be on an upward career trajectory and passionate about delivering high-quality community care and support for West Australians.
