Cullen Wines, a family business and producer of authentic, sustainable, biodynamic, carbon neutral wines based in the Wilyabrup subregion of Margaret River, is looking for suitable applicants to fill the role of COO and CFO.The role reports to and supports the Managing Director and is responsible for operations, systems, finance, and accounting of the company, including contractual and legal matters, insurance, budgets, cash flow requirements, HR requirements, management information, and IT systems.The successful applicant will join the Group's Executive Committee and will attend company board meetings and act as Company Secretary.Key requirements include:Formal accounting qualification either CA, CPA, or CIMASignificant experience in a similar position is desirableCompetent use of financial software with experience using Ezywine being beneficialAbility to communicate effectively and build good working relationships internally and externallyInterest in sustainability and moving to carbon zero as a businessYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a financial officer?Do you have a current Australian driver's licence?Do you own or have regular access to a car?
