You'll oversee the day-to-day functions of our national operations and integrate seamlessly into any team when needed to provide direct support. Working closely with department heads, you'll foster collaboration, support growth initiatives, and uphold Globe Group's commitment to an engaged and high-performing environment.Key Responsibilities Include:Operational Excellence: Manage and improve business processes to boost efficiency, productivity, and resource allocation.Hands-On Team Support: Slot into any team as needed to provide support and guidance, ensuring operational continuity and high performance.Cultural Leadership: Lead initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and engaged workplace, fostering teamwork and employee satisfaction.Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Act as a liaison across departments to ensure smooth communication and effective strategy alignment.Compliance Management: Stay informed on industry regulations to ensure Globe Group's compliance and minimise risk.Facilities and IT Oversight: Ensure a well-maintained, safe, and functional workplace, while supporting IT operations to provide secure and efficient communication systems.Brand and Marketing Support: Work on initiatives that boost Globe Group's visibility as a trusted talent partner.Who We're Looking For:We're searching for a strategic and adaptable leader with a solid background in business operations, recruitment, and contract staffing.
